When you resolve a decision and capture an outcome, the app now generates a Decision Autopsy — a permanent AI synthesis of the full arc that becomes the richest context your archive has.
6 changes! That's a lot of paws at work. I'm not saying I'm impressed... I'm impressed. Here's everything:

Now for the why — and this one matters. The core loop is the heartbeat of the whole thing. Read carefully.
The resolution moment was a dead end. After capturing an outcome and rating your gut accuracy, the thread ended — no synthesis, no permanent record of what the decision arc actually meant. The Decision Autopsy closes this. When you type what happened and hit save, GPT-4o-mini reads your full arc: what you feared at capture, what you wrote during each timed reflection, what actually happened, whether your gut was right. It writes 3-4 sentences that are specific to what you actually wrote, not generic journaling feedback. The autopsy is stored permanently and shown as the terminal entry in the timeline. The second-order win is for Ask Your History: autopsy text is synthesized prose, which is dramatically richer signal for the query AI than raw structured fields. A question like 'What have I learned from my career decisions?' now has actual narrative to draw on, not just summaries and outcome tags. ChatGPT can analyze a decision you paste in. It cannot synthesize a private 90-day arc with sealed predictions, timestamped review responses, and a real outcome into a permanent record of who you are as a decision maker.
